PRODUCT MARKETING PODCAST GUEST • SPEAKER • PANELS

Put me on a mic. I have things to say.

I'm Nicole Wight, a product marketing executive, team builder, former Meta PMM leader, and unapologetic believer that the best business conversations happen when we stop speaking in corporate jargon.

I love conversations about product marketing, leadership, go-to-market, accessibility, building teams, mission-driven technology, career reinvention, and what actually happens behind the curtain.

Topics I can talk about without needing a script.

Product Marketing That Actually Matters

Positioning, messaging, launches, adoption, portfolio strategy, and building PMM functions that contribute to the business instead of becoming the department that makes pretty decks.

Building & Leading PMM Teams

Hiring, developing talent, creating operating rhythms, scaling product marketing, building centers of excellence, and helping smart people do the best work of their careers.

Go-to-Market Strategy

What makes launches work, why cross-functional alignment usually breaks down, how Sales and Marketing can stop quietly hating each other, and how to connect GTM to measurable outcomes.

Accessibility Is a Growth Strategy

What I learned working on accessibility initiatives at Meta, why accessibility belongs in product strategy, and why designing for more humans usually creates better products for everyone.

Leadership for Actual Humans

Leading through ambiguity, organizational change, difficult personalities, burnout, bad leadership, rebuilding trust, and why empathy and accountability are not competing ideas.

Career Reinvention & the Messy Middle

Layoffs, pivots, executive identity, rebuilding after disruption, finding your voice, and learning that a career can be wildly nonlinear and still be successful.

Executive experience. Human delivery.

I've built my career at the intersection of product, marketing, customers, and revenue, including leadership roles across Meta, AudioEye, and Ministry Brands.

My background spans B2B SaaS, FinTech and payments, accessibility, mission-driven technology, and products operating at global scale. I've led hundreds of GTM motions, built and developed product marketing teams, helped transform how organizations go to market, and spent an unreasonable amount of time trying to make complicated things understandable to the real human beings you're trying to sell shit to.

I'm interested in the stuff underneath the frameworks: how leadership actually feels, what happens when companies change, why talented teams get stuck, how people rebuild after setbacks, and what it means to build a center-of-excellence or portfolio model that gets real results.

Ask me something like this.

  1. Why do so many companies still misunderstand product marketing?

  2. How do you prove PMM's impact when everything is supposedly “cross-functional”?

  3. What did working at Meta teach you about launching products at scale?

  4. What's the difference between a PMM team that looks busy and one that's actually effective?

  5. Why should accessibility be treated as a business and product strategy instead of a compliance exercise?

  6. How do you rebuild confidence and momentum after a career setback?

  7. What's something leaders routinely get wrong about high-performing teams?

  8. What corporate phrase would you personally launch directly into the sun?
